Our Solution
Our tank cleaning crews gets your tanks ready for inspection. First, we circulate contents (oil, pulp stock, green liquor, caustic soda) in the tank to turn the sediment into slurry. Then we pump the slurry out. The remaining sludge is carefully removed by shoveling or vacuuming out the bottom of the tank.
We also have custom designed equipment for specific situations. Our hydraulic de-lumper grinds up solids in the tank that would otherwise plug the suction hose. Our hydraulic operated mini-dozer fits through a 24-inch man-way to work in explosive atmospheres.
